• Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days (£3.95, free on orders over £50)

• Express Delivery: Next working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm (£6.95)

• Saturday Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2pm on Friday (£9.95)

All orders are dispatched with tracking information sent via email. Signature may be required upon delivery for items valued over £100.

Returns

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging

• Exclusions: Personalised items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and special orders cannot be returned unless faulty
