All orders are dispatched with tracking information sent via email. Signature may be required upon delivery for items valued over £100.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order. However if you want to cancel to return an order please email through the contact form.

• Return Period: 30 days from receipt of goods

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging

• Exclusions: Personalised items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and special orders cannot be returned unless faulty

• Process: Send email through contact form

• Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
